A. Taking over a family business that has been in operation for three generations since 1914, this original jewelry brand combines the skills, purchasing channels, and pipelines with craftsmen that have been built up over more than 100 years of history, with a new sense of design.

Q. Do you have any products other than custom-made and remake?

A. Currently, ANLOHNE only accepts made-to-order and remakes, but we are planning our original lineup.
We hope you will look forward to it.

Q. I happened to see your website. Is it possible to make a request for production?

A. We are very sorry, but we accept our brand only by introduction.
This is a policy that we have decided to follow in order to produce our products with care and love from the bottom of our hearts. We hope you will understand.

Custom-Made

Q. Are there certain stones or materials that can be used?

A. Stones used: We accept a wide range of stones from commonly used stones such as diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds to rare stones such as alexandrite and Paraiba tourmaline.
Materials: Can be made in platinum 950/900/K18 yellow gold, K14 yellow gold/K18 white gold, K14 white gold/K18 pink gold, K1 pink gold.

Q. How long does it take to complete?

A. Depending on the design, the project can be completed in two to three months.

Q. How much does it cost to make a custom-made product?

A. Depending on the item to be made, we accept orders from 100,000 yen and up. We can also make proposals according to your budget, so please consult with us.

Q. Could I have my stones used?

A. Yes, we can make custom-made pieces using your own stones. (no charge)

Remake

Q. I want to remake an engagement ring I received a long time ago.

A. It can be remade into a design of your choice. Not only diamonds, but also metal frames attached to diamonds can be reused or traded in. Please contact us for more information.

Q. I would like to remake a ring into a necklace.

A. We can also remake rings into necklaces.
In addition to necklaces, please ask us for other items you would like to have, for example, earrings, brooches, money clips, spoons, etc.

Q. How much does a remake cost?

A. Depending on the item to be made, we accept orders from 50,000 yen and up.

Repair and after-sales service

Q. Could you repair?

A. We accept both ANLOHNE and non-ANLOHNE products.

Q. Could I have my ring resized?

A. ANLOHNE products will be permanently repaired free of charge.
For non-ANLOHNE products, we will accept orders of 5,000 yen or more.

Q. I would like to change the thread of my pearl necklace.

A. For ANLOHNE products, we will permanently change threads free of charge.
For products other than ANLOHNE products, we will accept orders of 3,000 yen or more.

Q. Could I have cleaning services?

A. ANLOHNE products will be cleaned free of charge forever.
For products other than ANLOHNE products, we will accept orders of 2,000 yen or more.

Q. I would like to know how to take care of it.

A.

Diamonds
Diamonds are lipophilic, meaning that they easily absorb oil, and because of this property, they can easily become covered with hand oil or dust, which may diminish their brilliance. After use, it is best to wipe it with a soft jewelry cloth before putting it away.
If you are concerned about stains, dissolve a neutral detergent in warm water and wash with a soft toothbrush, brush, or paintbrush. For stubborn stains, soaking the jewelry in a thicker solution for a day before washing is effective. After washing, rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly.

Pearl
The basic rule for caring for pearls is to wipe them with a soft, dry cloth after use. Pearls are vulnerable to sweat and dirt and easily scratched, so it is important to wipe off any dirt, etc. with a special cloth.
Store pearls in a case and avoid high temperatures, high humidity, and extreme dryness.
